1 lb Fresh Whole Prawns (or thawed prawn tails)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
3-6 drops Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Garlic and Olive Oil Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice. Season generously with salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. This mixture will be used to baste the prawns.
Grill the Prawns
Arrange your prawns on the grill. Use a basting brush to coat them with the garlic olive oil mixture. Close the lid of the grill and cook for 1 minute.

Finish Cooking the Prawns
